Real time Reporting

Exigent911 allows subscribers to view, in real time, the status of messages. The system reports whether the message was sent to a cell phone or e-mail inbox, and it shows responses from those who received the message if a link is included in the message.

These reports can be sorted by various qualifications to help make decisions during a crisis.

Text

Exigent911 is carrier independent which means that text messages can be sent to all carriers in the US.

Exigent911 does not use e-mail to send messages. Text messages are sent directly through SMS which means there is limited delay. This decreases the chance of e-mails messages being identified as SPAM, any issues with domain name changes, and any delays related to text messages taking priority over e-mail messages. The text messages have the ability to be recorded in order to verify delivery.
